Tummy Time!

...We've been doing a lot more of it lately. Logy loves it...for as long as he can hold his head up, but then he gets pretty frusterated....he just wants to grow up so fast! I can tell he just wants to get up, head to the fridge, and make himself a sandwich so he doesn't have to rely on his Mama for everything anymore:( He's also growing less and less interested in cuddling...A month old, and already he's a punk...so sad. Ha, I kid, I kid....but seriously, my little nugget is growing up soo fast!


Look at that smushy face, he is going to be a heartbreaker...watch your daughters.

Sleepy Sunday

Football Sunday is usually boring enough for me...but today was worse beause both of my boys fell asleep...so I took advantage of this time to read half of Breaking Dawn (the final book in the Twilight Saga for those of you not obsessed) and then to be a creepy little paparazzi and take pictures of Chad and Log while they were sleeping...

In other news, today was Log's first Sunday at church...I could tell he really liked it...mostly because he didn't scream. (the only time I had to take him out was after he was done eating and I had to burp him..if you know Logan, you know his burps are far too loud for church) I couldn't believe he slept through the music...I mean I am not talking about one old lady singing amazing grace people...he slept through a full band, complete with piano, guitar, saxophone, and full back up choir. Ha-Ha, Again, just like his Daddy:)

Happy Birthday!

Yesterday was Logy's big one month birthday! He's getting better at holdhing his head up...but as you can see fromt the picture below he's not all the way there yet....hahah:) He definately knows mine and Chadly's voices and he is following them with his eyes now...Gosh, hes just getting so big!! He celebrated the big day by watching Da Bears game with his Daddy....

This is Chad teaching Logy a 3 point stance....it's an action shot because Log doesn't quite have those neck muscles in check yet:)

All of his Bears outfits are still too big...so we had to improvise.

Visitors

Chad's brother and his family came to visit this weekend so Logy finally got to meet his cousin "G" who is a month and a day older than he is...it was crazy to see how much difference a month actually makes. Log is a little chunk so G doesn't look too much bigger, but when you hold them you can definately FEEL the difference, G is a brickhouse! And when he gets excited he makes a funny little snorting noise...it went great with Logan's grunt, haha:)

Garyn and Emily went to Hawaii for their honeymoon and they brought Logy back a little lei...so here he is modeling it...what a face..Now, I may be a little bias, but I think he has a definate modeling career in his future...And Kathy (Chad's Mom) always thought that Chad should be a model....Like Father, Like Son;) haha
